<\/p>\n

Die legend\u00e4re norwegische Black-\/Thrash-Metal-Formation NOCTURNAL BREED (gegr\u00fcndet im Jahre 1996 in Oslo) ist seit Juni zur\u00fcck. Schwarzlackiert blasphemischer Thrash-Metal st\u00fcrmt aus meiner Anlage und stimmlich wird alles durch die hohe d\u00e4monisch schrill vokalistische Pr\u00e4senz von S. A. Destroyer abgerundet. Up-Tempo Nummern mit rotzigem Charakter durchlaufen die \u00c4ra des zeitlichen und die K\u00f6nige ihrer Disziplin – ihres Genres, huldigen mit diesem Album ihren “Untertanen”.<\/p>\n

Songs wie “Choke On Blood<\/strong>“, “Frozen To The Cross<\/strong>” oder “Desecrator<\/strong>” strahlen nur so vor straight schwarzer Sch\u00f6nheit und Boshaftigkeit, w\u00e4hrend andere wie “Sharks of the Wehrmacht<\/strong>” gem\u00e4chlich die Zeit durchlaufen, aber nicht minder b\u00f6se r\u00fcberkommen. “Limbs of Gehenna<\/strong>” wird in einem Zuge geradlinig runtergespult, ganz zu meiner Freude. Stimmlich entwickelt sich S. A. Destroyer immer mehr zu einem Pumuckl in H\u00f6chstform.<\/p>\n

“Can’t Hold Back the Night<\/strong>” klingt und geht im gesamten in Richtung NWOBHM, vielleicht sogar tendenziell in Richtung Saxon, aber das entscheide jeder f\u00fcr sich selbst. “A Million Miles of Trench<\/strong>” l\u00e4sst noch einmal die Dunkelheit mit der entsprechenden Atmosph\u00e4re \u00fcber mich hereinbrechen und so endet das Ganze nach 49:05 Minuten und f\u00fcnf Jahre sp\u00e4ter nach “Napalm Nights<\/em>“.<\/p>\n

Fazit:<\/strong> F\u00fcr mich ist dies ein fulminant bombastisch schwarz melliertes Thrash Album mit einem fiesen Zug klassischen Heavy Metals aller erster G\u00fcte!<\/p>\n
