Monarch! ist eine Drone Doom \/ Sludge Metal-Band aus Frankreich, die 2002 gegr\u00fcndet wurde. Ihr f\u00fcnftes Album “Sabbath Noir<\/em>” aus dem Jahre 2010 und bestehend aus zwei Titeln a ca. 15 min., wurde jetzt nochmal unter Zanjeer Zani Productions<\/em> neu in den Formaten CD\/LP\/Tape aufgelegt und in dieser Auflage hat der bekannte Grafiker Valnoir aus dem Studio Metastazis ein einzigartiges Cover und ein starkes Kunstwerk geschaffen, was mir sehr gut gef\u00e4llt.<\/p>\n

Die oben erw\u00e4hnten zwei Titel sind: “Sabbat Noir Pt. 1″<\/strong> und “Sabbat Noir Pt. 2″<\/strong> mit einer Gesamtspielzeit von 28:45 Minuten. Musikalisch geht dieses hier schon in eine extreme Richtung des Dooms. D\u00fcster morbide Klangfarben oder musikalisch zelebrierte Momente wie aus Silent Hill oder DOOM w\u00e4ren hier treffliche Vergleiche. Man muss echt darauf Bock haben, sich dieses Album anzutun. Ich f\u00fcr meinen Teil kann sagen, dass es schon einen gewissen Reiz auf mich aus\u00fcbt, da ich von je her ein gro\u00dfer Horror Fan bin und es mich in keiner Minute seines Dasein langweilt. Die Stimmung und die ganze Wucht hat schon eine gewisse d\u00fcsternd anmutende \u00c4sthetik, die auf mich \u00fcberspringt..<\/p>\n

Fazit:<\/strong> d\u00e4monisch langsame Klangwelten, die mich in eine parallele von Dunkelheit gepr\u00e4gten Welt entf\u00fchren!<\/p>\n

Von mir gibt es 8 von 10 Hellfire-Punkten.<\/p>\n
