Inmitten des sch\u00f6nen New Jersey haben Kalopsia ihr nun drittes Werk auf die Menschheit los gelassen. 8 neue Death Metal Werke im typischen Gewand der alten Schule findet man auf “Angelplague”. Wer hier aber dennoch eine gewisse Vielfalt erwartet, ist leider an der falschen Adresse.<\/p>\n

Zwar findet man mit “Surge Of Terror” einen knallenden Song , der sich perfekt eignet um mit einer Wall Of Death er\u00f6ffnet zu werden, sowie mit “Bitter Sacraments” auch ein St\u00fcck welches sehr viel Mosh-Potential mitbringt, das wars dann aber beinahe schon mit nennenswerten Eigenschaften. Wirklich aus der Reihe fallen nur die verh\u00e4ltnism\u00e4\u00dfig ruhigen “Scorched Earth And Blackend Skies” und “As The Serpent Devours”, welche eher melodisch einhergehen.<\/p>\n

Das Album l\u00e4sst sich gut h\u00f6ren, bietet aber weder melodisch, noch lyrisch wirklich Abwechslung innerhalb der Werke. Frei nach dem Motto: “Kann man mal h\u00f6ren, muss man aber nicht”. Man verpasst nichts wirklich weltbewegendes, wenn man es nicht tut.<\/p>\n
