Orbituary ist eine Death-Metal Band, stammt aus Brandon (Florida) und wurde im Jahre 1984 gegr\u00fcndet (1984 – als Executioner^{<\/sup>, 1987 – Umbenennung in Xecutioner, 1989 – Umbenennung in Obituary). Dieses als kurze Einleitung f\u00fcr die “Unwissenden” oder Neulinge unter euch. Ich f\u00fcr meinen Teil kann sagen, dass ich von Anfang an ihre Musik verfolge. Zum Deb\u00fctalbum “Slowly We Rot<\/i>” aus dem Jahre 1989 konnte ich noch meine langen Haare sch\u00fctteln. Okay, dies ist nun auch schon wieder gute 28 Jahre her. Heute sch\u00fcttel ich nur noch meinen Shake.<\/p>\n}

2017 – aktuell liegt mir nun das zehnte Studioalbum (dieses gibt es in den unterschiedlichsten Ausgaben: MP3,CD, Vinyl), mit einer Gesamtspielzeit von 33:18 min vor und ich kann nach dem ersten h\u00f6ren sagen: Das Album macht einfach unheimlich Bock ihm zu lauschen. War ich fr\u00fcher doch teilweise echt genervt von Tardy`s stimmlicher Pr\u00e4senz, findet er hier den Weg in meine Geh\u00f6rg\u00e4nge, ohne diese gleich wieder wie in der Vergangenheit zu verlassen.<\/p>\n

Midtempo, Groove und Trommelfellattacken, Old School Death-Metal in Orbituary Manier erwarten den geneigten H\u00f6rer. Man bekommt das Gef\u00fchl, die Mannen erleben ihren dritten Fr\u00fchling und lassen uns diesen sp\u00fcren. Der Sound ist hart, kraftvoll und wuchtig, die Songs kommen schwer stampfend\u00a0daher\u00a0und ohne jeglichen Schnickschnack aus. Ein klasse Album, was leider f\u00fcr mich doch zu kurz ausf\u00e4llt, aber das Problem hat man ja immer, mit musikalischen Dingen die gefallen. Egal, schwamm dr\u00fcber.<\/p>\n

Fazit:<\/strong> Eines der besten Orbituary Alben. Klare H\u00f6r -und Kaufempfehlung wird hier ausgesprochen!<\/p>\n
