Heute mal eine Band aus Frankreich aus einem Genre, das mir eigentlich recht fremd ist. Wenn man Glam Rock h\u00f6rt denkt man direkt an M\u00f6tley Cr\u00fce und dergleichen. Genau dorthin geht die Reise, wenn man das Album h\u00f6rt.<\/p>\n

Direkt beim etwas rockigeren Opener “OVERLOADED” merkt man, dass die Herren etwas von ihrem Handwerk verstehen und wo ihre Einfl\u00fcsse liegen. Selbst dem hartgesottensten Metalhead d\u00fcrfte dies sp\u00e4testens mit dem Song “WILD, WILD, WILD” bewusst sein, wem die Franzosen huldigen. Der Song h\u00e4tte ohne Umschweife auf einem M\u00f6tley Cr\u00fce Album erscheinen k\u00f6nnen.<\/p>\n

Auch die \u00fcbliche “Schmachtfetzennummer” darf in diesem Genre nicht fehlen und bekommt mit “NOBODY BUT YOU” eben jenen Song auf dem Silbertablett serviert. Mit “YOUNG BLOOD” m\u00fcsste man sogar BON JOVI heranziehen.<\/p>\n

“REVOLUTION” f\u00e4ngt im Westernstyle an und wird mit marschierenden Beinen im Hintergrund unterlegt. Der Rausschmei\u00dfer “DEAD BOY” f\u00e4hrt dann noch mal das ganze Arsenal der Band auf. Obwohl ich nicht gerade Fan dieses Genres bin und auch mit den als Referenz genannten Bands wenig anfangen kann, w\u00fcrde ich diese Scheibe jedem Fan des Glam Rock empfehlen.
