Vor \u00fcber einem Jahr habe ich bereits den ersten Teil zu New Horizons reviewt und war gespannt, wie sich der zweite Teil im Gegensatz zum ersten weiterentwickelt hat.<\/p>\n

Festzustellen ist das die neue Langrille noch d\u00fcsterer daherkommt und teils schon zu Beginn Death Metal artige Z\u00fcge annimmt, was sofort beim Song “ECHOES OF THE PAST” auff\u00e4llt. Ansonsten wird mehr auf elektronische Elemente gesetzt.<\/p>\n

Bei “WILD FROM THE ASHES” f\u00fchle ich mich ein wenig an IN FLAMES oder MERCENARY erinnert. Treibend im Beat mit der immer mehr in den Vordergrund r\u00fcckenden elektronischen Komponente.<\/p>\n

Mit “WHY” gr\u00fc\u00dft wieder unverkennbar der Einfluss von ALICE IN CHAINS.<\/p>\n

Alles in allem in f\u00fcr den geneigten Fan ein weiterer Schritt nach vorne. Als “Normalverbraucher” wirkt das ganze abermals eint\u00f6nig und wird sicher einige Anh\u00e4nger finden.
