Dieses Mal gibt es eine Female fronted Formation aus Frankfurt auf die Ohren. Gegr\u00fcndet 2020 w\u00e4hrend der Pandemie feilte man am Songwriting und ver\u00f6ffentlichten vor kurzem ihr Deb\u00fctalbum “ARSON”. Feinsten Power Metal mit Einfl\u00fcssen aus Thrash- und Speed-Metal, erg\u00e4nzt durch die kraftvolle Stimme von S\u00e4ngerin Svenja Rohmann darf man erwarten.<\/p>\n

Schon der Riff des Openers “DESTRUCTION” gibt die Richtung und die Atmosph\u00e4re vor. Ich w\u00fcrde den Song vom Sound her Richtung Luca Turilli und Rhapsody einordnen. Dem steht das folgende “ASHES REMAIN” in nichts nach, und wer es etwas ruhiger und gediegener mag sollte sich unbedingt auf der Bandcamp Seite der Band die Akustik Version dieses Songs anh\u00f6ren.<\/p>\n

Immer wieder werden die Refrains durch Ch\u00f6re erg\u00e4nzt. “SEA OF DAMNATION” feuert wieder alles aus den Boxen, und beim Song “KINGSLAYER” handelt es sich nicht um eine Hommage an Nightwish. Gespickt mit Ch\u00f6ren und einem Refrain der auf jedem Konzert mitgesungen werden d\u00fcrfte. Hier erinnert die Stimme von Svenja fast ein wenig an Doro.<\/p>\n

Der “Rausschmei\u00dfer” des Albums “ARDENT WAVE” beginnt mit Akustikgitarren und kommt vom Tempo dann eher gem\u00e4chlich daher. Ansonsten bestimmt ordentlich Tempo den Rest des Albums. Wer auf Bands wie Rhapsody, Dragonforce, Luca Turilli, Gamma Ray steht sollte mal ein Ohr riskieren.
