Hier ist endlich mal wieder eine deutsche Band am Start. Fr\u00fcher nannte sich das Quartett, welches nach seiner Umbenennung ihr Debutalbum herausbrachte, Taletellers. Nun ist die Band, welche sich unter anderem als Support von Airbourne und Saxon einen guten Namen gemacht hat, mit ihrem zweiten Album am Start.<\/p>\n

AC Angry bieten hier die harte Variante des Rock, und das, so muss man neidlos anerkennen, tun sie sehr gut. Und auch wenn der Albumtitel und das Cover Artwork etwas anderes vermuten lassen, geht es hier nicht in erster Linie um Sex. Die Texte sind teilweise ironisch, aber es ist auch einiges dabei was sehr anspruchsvoll ist. Es geht zum Beispiel auch darum, wie man sich von Dingen verleiten l\u00e4sst und untergeht, wobei hier nicht der mahnende Finger gehoben wird.<\/p>\n

Appetite For Erection ist ein durchaus ansprechendes und anspruchsvolles Album, in welches man in jedem Fall mal reinh\u00f6ren sollte. Ich finde, dass es sich durchaus lohnt. Einzelne Dongs herausstellen kann ich nicht, denn die absoluten \u00dcberflieger sind nicht dabei, daf\u00fcr fehlen aber auch die Totalausf\u00e4lle. <\/p>\n
