Jo\u2026gute 40 Minuten Spa\u00df und Gute Laune. Dieser Satz am Anfang umschreibt schon, bevor es ein klein wenig ins Detail geht, die neue Platte \u201eMister Sippi\u201c von Sergeant Steel. Die in Eigenproduktion (eine richtig gute!!!) produzierte Platte, macht mit ihrem Hard \/ Southern Rock richtig Laune. Damit machen Sergeant Steel den n\u00e4chsten Qualit\u00e4tssprung (Schritt kann man dazu nicht mehr sagen).<\/p>\n

Legt die Band mit \u201eDown To Mississippi\u201c groovend und sehr \u201esouthern\u201c los, wird bei \u201ePlease Me, Tease Me\u201c aufs Gas gedr\u00fcckt. So l\u00e4sst sich definitiv eine Platte beginnen, und man gibt die Marschrichtung f\u00fcr die folgenden 40 Minuten vor. Kurzum, das Album ist durchsetzt mit Abwechslung und hat immer wieder Highlights zu bieten. Und wie oben bereits geschrieben, verspr\u00fcht \u201eMister Sippi\u201c (wieder einmal ein herrlicher Wortwitz der Band) einfach nur gute Laune. Sei es bei \u201eMama Didn\u00b4t Raise No Fool\u201c (gro\u00dfartige Southern Rock Nummer), \u201eCaught In A Web\u201c (rotzig rockig), \u201eAlive\u201c (w\u00fcrde in jedem \u201eBon Jovi\u201c – Album seinen Platz finden) oder der Herz-Schmerz-Ballade \u201eMy Girl\u201c, erzeugt die Platte ein L\u00e4cheln in meinem Gesicht.<\/p>\n

Durch die Abwechslung kommt so ziemlich jeder auf seine Kosten. Sowohl die Southern Rock- als auch die Hard Rock Fans werden ihren Song finden, der in ihre Playlisten einflie\u00dfen wird.
