Mehr Metal geht nicht! Aus dem Ruhrpott kommen einige der gr\u00f6\u00dften deutschen Heavy Bands \u00fcberhaupt. Die ganz gro\u00dfen Helden des Genres, darunter eben auch ein paar hiesige, kehren jetzt endlich wieder hierhin zur\u00fcck, wenn im Dezember das legend\u00e4re und gl\u00fccklicherweise auch unverw\u00fcstliche \u201eRuhrpott Metal Meeting\u201c steigt. An zwei Tagen und auch noch in der wohl bestens daf\u00fcr passenden Umgebung! <\/p>\n
Die Turbinenhalle in Oberhausen ist eine der sch\u00f6nsten und sch\u00e4rfsten Veranstaltungsst\u00e4tten in Deutschland. Und angesichts der typisch industriellen Architektur, einhergehend mit dem damit verbundenen rauen Charme, optimal f\u00fcr das \u201eRuhrpott Metal Meeting\u201c geeignet.<\/p>\n
Und zur Wiederauferstehung haben sich f\u00fcr heuer schon einige der besonders gro\u00dfartigen Granaten angek\u00fcndigt!<\/p>\n
Allen voran die glorreichen Briten Saxon. In \u00fcber 40 Jahren haben es Biff Byford und seine Jungs auf eine betr\u00e4chtliche Anzahl an harten Rock-Hymen gebracht. Bald gibt es \u201eWheels Of Steel\u201c, \u201eMotorcylce Man\u201c und \u201eDenim And Leather\u201c wieder live zu erleben. Und neues Material vom aktuellen Chartbreaker-Album \u201eCarpe Diem\u201c. Britischer Stahl vom Feinsten und H\u00e4rtesten!<\/p>\n
Mit dabei sind auch die genialen Progressive-Thrashern Coroner aus der Schweiz \u2013 man denke nur an wegweisenden Alben wie \u201ePunishment For Decadence\u201c \u2013 und die \u201eb\u00f6sen\u201c Buben von Benediction aus Birmingham, die dem Volk ihren powervollen und pr\u00e4zisen Death Metal um die Ohren hauen. Nicht umsonst hei\u00dft deren Meisterwerk von 2008 \u201eKilling Music\u201c. <\/p>\n
Die heimische Kult- und Thrashfahne halten Darkness und Assassin aus Essen und D\u00fcsseldorf hoch und werden den Ruhrpott w\u00fcrdig und wuchtig vertreten.<\/p>\n
Die ebenfalls aus dem Ruhrgebiet stammenden The Night Eternal gehen es klassisch und finster an, w\u00e4hrend es Knife aus Hessen schwarz und schnell krachen lassen.<\/p>\n
Diese wuchtige Portion Heavy Metal mit all seinen Facetten und Schattierungen wird nur \u2013 und endlich wieder \u2013 auf dem \u201eRuhrpott Metal Meeting\u201c serviert!<\/p>\n

The great heroes of the genre, including a few local ones, will finally return here when the legendary and fortunately indestructible “Ruhrpott Metal Meeting” takes place in December. On two days and also in the most suitable environment! <\/p>\n The Turbinenhalle in Oberhausen is one of the most beautiful and hottest venues in Germany. British steel at its finest and hardest!<\/p>\n Also on the bill are the ingenious progressive thrashers Coroner from Switzerland – just think of groundbreaking albums like “Punishment For Decadence” – and the “bad” boys of Benediction from Birmingham, who are hitting the people with their powerful and precise death metal.
