Mit ihrem dritten Album \u201eWolves, Wraiths and Witches\u201c bringen die alliterationsaffinen Mentor<\/strong> ein w\u00fcrdigen Nachfolger ihrer 2018er Langrille \u201eCults, Crypts and Corpses\u201c und ein Lehrst\u00fcck in Sachen Crossover Thrash. Die Riffs sind eing\u00e4ngig, abwechslungsreich und rhythmisch vereinnahmend. Bei aller technischen Finesse geht es stets mit Vollgas vorw\u00e4rts und es gibt rund um die Uhr auf die Zw\u00f6lf.<\/p>\n

Die Kombo aus dem polnischen \u015awiecie verbindet gekonnt thrashiges Riffing mit Hardcore-Rhythmen und Crewshouts. Der Bass kommt gut zur Geltung und setzt Akzente, wo sie hingeh\u00f6ren. Das Album ist f\u00fcr mich der ideale Soundtrack f\u00fcr die kalte Jahreszeit, in der es auf meinem musikalischen Plattenteller paradoxerweise abwechselnd h\u00e4rter oder jazziger wird.<\/p>\n
