Dies ist wohl die zeitlich l\u00e4ngste und zur\u00fcckliegenste Ver\u00f6ffentlichung die ich bisher rezensiert habe, denn das vierte Album der finnischen Funeral Doom Metaller um SKEPTICISM erschien im Oktober 2008, also vor fas dreizehn Jahren. Diese mir hier vorliegende und erschienene aus dem Jahre 2020 hat zus\u00e4tzlich die 1-Track EP “Aes<\/em>” aus dem Jahre 1999 titeltechnisch mit an Bord und nun auch schon wieder r\u00fcckblickend als Vinyl ihr Deb\u00fct feiernd, was von Jaime Gomez Arellano in den Orgone Studios neu gemastert wurde.<\/p>\n

Es ist sehr sch\u00f6n, dieses Werk nun auch auf gepresstem begr\u00fc\u00dfen zu d\u00fcrfen bzw. schon begr\u00fc\u00dft zu haben. Die sieben Songs, neu erstrahlt in klanglicher Pracht, sind nat\u00fcrlich einfach in ihrer metallischen Sparte eine Wucht. Traurigkeit verschmilzt mit einer schleppend dunklen Atmosph\u00e4re und wenn wie z.B. bei “Antimony<\/strong>” die Keyboards kraftvoll zus\u00e4tzlich mit den entsprechenden Kl\u00e4ngen gesamtheitlich in Verbindung mit allem anderen zum ende hin einzug halten und zuschlagen, schafft das noch einen Sprung nach oben in Sachen Ambiente, aber auch alle anderen Song, wie “Oars In The Dusk<\/strong>“, k\u00f6nnen mich mit ihrer kreativen Stimmung einfangen, die f\u00fcr mich spielerisch frischer wirken als anderes bisher geh\u00f6rte aus diesem Genre und mich ein wenig an Paradise Lost erinnern, aus den Anf\u00e4ngen.<\/p>\n

Fazit:<\/strong> Die Bewertung in Punkten lasse ich heute mal weg und so genie\u00dfe ich einfach ohne eine jegliche Zahl dieses \u00fcber ein Jahrzehnte altes Werk!<\/p>\n
