Oha, h\u00e4tte ich nicht gelesen das es Napalm Death sind, ich h\u00e4tte es wohl nicht auf Anhieb herausgeh\u00f6rt. Vermutlich bin ich wohl der Einzige, oder?<\/p>\n

Gemeint ist der Opener “Logic Ravaged By Brute Force<\/strong>“, der mir in dieser doch f\u00fcr mich ungewohnten Spielweise der Engl\u00e4nder (oder habe ich durch Zeitspr\u00fcnge einiges verpasst?) in den Geh\u00f6rg\u00e4ngen seinen Platz einnimmt. Die Drums liefern Schwerstarbeit, nat\u00fcrlich gepaart mit der markant vokalistischen Arbeit von Barney und Shane, textlich geht es gesellschaftskritisch wieder gut zur Sache und der Rhythmus l\u00e4sst einen nicht lange ruhig bleiben. Cooles Ding!<\/p>\n

Zweiter ist “White Kross<\/strong>” (Sonic Youth-Cover), der sch\u00f6n in Napalm Death Manier in den Boden gestampft wird und in Sachen querfeldein-Drums noch einmal eine Schippe drauflegt.<\/p>\n

Diese beiden Songs mit einer Gesamtl\u00e4nge von 7:30 min. sind die Vorreiter des kommenden Studio-Album, was hoffentlich nicht allzu lange mehr auf sich warten l\u00e4sst. Ich jedenfalls freue mich schon. Aktuell sind sie auf Tour, also wer es gar nicht aush\u00e4lt der schaue einfach auf die Daten und finde seinen Ort der Wahl.<\/p>\n

Fazit:<\/strong> ein gelungener Vorreiter, der die Wartezeit auf das Ganze ein wenig verk\u00fcrzt.<\/p>\n
