Gegr\u00fcndet 1987 unter dem Namen F.T.D. [Forward To Destruction] bringen nun die Finnen um NECROPSY Anfang des Jahres 2020 eine aktuelle 4-Track EP heraus, gut f\u00fcnf Jahre nach ihrem zweiten Studioalbum “Buried In The Woods<\/em>“. In meiner Recherche traf ich auf weitere sage und schreibe zwanzig Bands, die den gleichen Namen haben wie die Nordlichter aus Lahti, irre!<\/p>\n

Die Herren bietet mir feinsten Death-Metal gespickt mit Tod und Dunkelheit. “Meat Ceremony<\/strong>“, “Fucking Dead<\/strong>” und “206 Motives<\/strong>” stampfen schwer und eing\u00e4ngig, schon fast doomlastig in meinem Headset herum. Das Ganze wirkt nicht einschl\u00e4fernd, eher animiert es zum Slow – Headbanging, was mir richtig gut gef\u00e4llt, nebst der stimmlichen Growl-Pr\u00e4senz von Tero. Ein Rad greift hier ins andere, alles passt im gesamten perfekt zusammen. Das die Herren es auch brachialer und vor allem schneller k\u00f6nnen, beweisen sie mir mit “Butcherado<\/strong>“. Der Song fetzt ordentlich nach vorne und dr\u00fcckt mich nach hinten. Pers\u00f6nlich h\u00e4tte ich mir auf der EP ein Gemisch aus 50% so, 50% so gew\u00fcnscht, aber man kann nicht alles haben.<\/p>\n

Fazit:<\/strong> Das war wenn auch nur kurz, todesmetallische Sahne!<\/p>\n

Von mir gibt es daf\u00fcr 8,5 von 10 Hellfire-Punkten.<\/strong><\/p>\n
