Skillet aus den USA. Schon immer gut gefunden, noch nie live erlebt, leider. Nun liegt mir ihr aktuell zehntes Album zur Rezension vor, gespickt mit 12 Titeln und einer Gesamtl\u00e4nge von <\/p>\n

Christlicher Rock gepaart mit allerlei Grunge, Nu-Metal und Alternative Rock fegt mir wieder lautstark um die Ohren, aber das bin ich ja schon von der Band aus Memphis\/Tennessee in perfekt klanglicher Manier gewohnt. Die Songs sind massentauglich, will hei\u00dfen ich w\u00fcrde mich nicht wundern, wenn der eine oder andere Song auf einem amerikanisch gro\u00dfen Sportevent sein zu Hause findet.<\/p>\n

Emotional gef\u00fchrte Gesangsduelle zwischen John Cooper und seiner Kollegin Jen Ledger an den Drums sind auch wieder in bestechender weise zu vernehmen z.B. bei “Victorious<\/strong>“, das nebenbei noch von Streichern begleitet wird und episch, einf\u00fchlsam und  rockend daherkommt. Mit “This Is The Kingdom<\/strong>” wagt man sich ein wenig in andere Gefilde und dies eindrucksvoll. “Rise Up<\/strong>” rockt extrem, wobei hier alles musikalische fast auf einer Linie gehalten wurde. Ist das schlecht? Nein!<\/p>\n

“Terrify the Dark<\/strong>” spielt gef\u00fchlvoll mit Emotionen, “Never Going Back<\/strong>” ist wieder so ein Song, wo man Arm und Faust dauerhaft nach oben recken m\u00f6chte, parallel zum Nackentraining. “Reach<\/strong>” geht sch\u00f6n straight die musikalische Stra\u00dfe entlang und “Back To Life<\/strong>” groovt schwer durch die Zeit. Es gibt kein Song der entt\u00e4uscht, auch wenn ich hier nicht alle beschrieben habe. Warum nicht? Ein wenig \u00fcberlasse ich auch euch die eigenen Eindr\u00fccke und Einsch\u00e4tzungen. Also bis bald mal wieder…\u2026\u2026…cheers!<\/p>\n

Fazit: <\/strong>hier wird jede Menge Energie verspr\u00fcht und auch beim zehnten Mal bekommt man die volle Ladung!<\/p>\n
